About me
Hey there! I’m Aalisha - a student pilot who’s part sky explorer, part weather detective, and 100% caffeine-fueled dreamer. My aviation journey is like a rollercoaster: thrilling loops of takeoffs, sharp turns of learning curves, and the occasional stomach drop of “Did I really just stall the plane?” But hey, if flying was easy, everyone would do it (and probably call it “just driving in the clouds”).
I’m drone certified, which basically means I get to fly without leaving the ground - perfect for practicing my “pilot face” and talking to myself in a headset. Now, I’m working hard to earn my private pilot license, which is just a fancy way of saying I’m learning how to not freak out when the sky gets a little gray.
My mission? To break down complex aviation stuff (like METARs and weight-and-balance charts) into bite-sized, flyable nuggets of wisdom—and maybe crack a few jokes along the way. Because if you can laugh at your own failed simulated emergency (and there have been many), you’re halfway to being a great pilot.
So buckle up and join me on this high-flying adventure—where the sky’s the limit, unless the weather says otherwise!
